It's a Paperboy best seller - perfect for a birthday, bridal shower, or bachelorette party! IMPORTANT: Tassel Tails™ are DIY kits. The fringe on each tassel is pre-cut, so all you need to do is fold the paper to make loops at the top of each tassel. The entire Tassel Tail™ may take up to 45 mins to assemble, so please plan ahead. INCLUDES: 1 Balloon (36-inch diameter w/ confetti inside) 1 Tassel Tail™ Kit (16 DIY tassels + string) • Balloon ships uninflated • Fill with air or helium. We needed a rush order and the Paperboy delivered! Stunningly gorgeous we loved everything from confetti filled balloons to paper plates and buntings. Definitely recommend and def will reorder in future. I think we could have blown up the balloons even bigger if we had more helium!
