The citric acid in this descaling product helps to loosen and remove impurities and limescale deposits in your coffee machine, kettle, iron, and pod machine. This allows you to keep your household appliances always clean and well-functioning. Regular cleaning of your household appliances helps to keep them in working order for longer. Instructions for use Preparation: pour the contents of one descaling sachet (15 g) into a container with 500 ml of warm water; stir the solution until the powder is completely dissolved. The descaling and rinsing procedure varies depending on the appliance to be cleaned. For an electric kettle: pour the solution into the kettle. Turn it on and then turn it off before the solution boils. Let the descaling solution work for 20 minutes. Empty the kettle. Perform 2 successive rinses with clear water in the tank to remove traces of the descaling solution. For a drip coffee machine: Place the empty carafe under the coffee outlet system. Turn on the machine and let half of the solution (250 ml) flow into the carafe. Wait and let the solution work for about ten minutes. Once the time has elapsed, turn the machine back on and let the rest of the solution flow. Then, rinse the water tank thoroughly with clear water if it is removable to remove all traces of the descaling solution. Fill the water tank with clear water up to the "max" level mark. Place the carafe back under the coffee outlet system. Turn on the machine and let all the rinse water flow. Repeat the operation once more. Rinse the carafe and the filter holder with clear water. For an iron: Make sure the water tank is empty and the iron is unplugged. Pour the solution into the iron's water tank. Set your appliance to steam mode, and once the temperature is reached, press the steam trigger several times over an old cloth. Then, unplug your iron and let it work for about twenty minutes. Plug the iron back in, repeat the process once more until the tank is empty, then unplug the iron.
