Campofilone IGP macaroni are the typical Campofilone product: they are very fine egg spaghetti that were used by farming families in the village, when they needed to keep the large quantities of eggs produced by chickens raised in the yard. The eggs were then kneaded to make the pastry, which was dried and stored throughout the year. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively from the supply chain owned by the company, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just 2 minutes.
