I really like Emerald items. This particular order, everything is great quality, comfortable, and customers really like them. They're communications are pretty amazing. If something's not available, they call, and pretty quickly too. I don't have too many other distributors that call, at all. I do however struggle with the fact that their store says items are available, when they are not. It messes well planned buying quite off. Shipping speed is usually on par and almost everything is usually
