Vera is our 1 L pot in real copper. Thanks to a new bottom capsule you can use Miranda on inductions even if it is real copper. Of course you can also use it on glass-ceramic, enamel and gas hobs. This pot comes with the inside of stainless steel. The combination with aluminium as middle layer and the outside in real copper, makes the heating speed and evenness optimal. Observe that if you use gas hobs and/or dishwasher, the outer copper surface can become stained as the copper material oxidizes naturally. To preserve the original shade of the copper, we recommend copper plaster.
