The small to medium-sized and very compact beans ripen at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,200 meters in the “original home of coffee Arabica” in southern Ethiopia. The dark beans have a high acidity and ensure an intense coffee enjoyment. The Ethiopian mocha impresses with its delicate taste and even when prepared with milk, it shows its fine fruit notes particularly clearly.
