An awful experience. I’m now left with an unpaid invoice of £174 to UPS for a shipping cost that was not explained to us at point of sale. In addition we did not receive the goods as that cost was going to make the teapots more expensive than what I could buy from Temu which is ridiculous. Communication was poor, queries were answered slowly and that charge was asked at delivery point and not in advance. I am now left with no teapots and a fight over an invoice with UPS. I will never use FAIRE.
