Classic Italian flavors of garlic, oregano, and basil combine with red pepper flakes and onion to give a bright, timeless flavor for any occasion. To make, mix 3 tablespoons Bread Winner Oil Dipping Seasoning with 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil. To let the flavor fully develop we highly recommend letting the seasoning and oil sit for 30 minutes before using. Place the mixture in a very shallow bowl or a plate with sides and dip your favorite hearty bread. I highly recommend using a light tasting olive oil as a traditional style can be quite pungent. You can also use this seasoning to make a light salad dressing by mixing 3 tablespoons of Bread Winner Seasoning with 2/3 cups oil of choice (vegetable, canola, sunflower, olive etc.) and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar. You can also use this dressing as a simple, light marinade for chicken, fish, or pork. It also makes a great dressing for pasta salad. Marinate chicken or pork for 2-4 hours and fish 30 minutes prior to cooking.
