We have selected pineapples of the Smooth Cayenne variety. Their flavor is intense and offers a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Their slightly fibrous and juicy flesh is ideal for obtaining high-quality dried fruits. They are grown, cut, and naturally dehydrated in West Africa, within our partner cooperatives.
