The Rising Sun Ring is inspired by our Rising (or Ascendant) zodiac sign. Each person has three primary zodiac signs: Star (or Sun), Rising, and Moon. Your Rising sign is what we typically show the world. Often in social or professional settings one may come off more like their Rising sign as opposed to their Star sign. We consider this a mask or protection of our ego. I created this piece because I wanted to wear something truly unique that represented my Rising sign, which is Taurus. I feel at times that I represent this sign more than my Star sign, Gemini.
