Very cheap looking and pixelated. I asked if the design would match my logo and was told it would “perfectly”. I now have about $400 worth of product to throw away.

DO NOT BUY! Their photos don't represent what the actual product looks like. After a longer than expected wait the stickers arrived and they were completely transparent, see thru, it was as though there wasn't even a decal/sticker on our window. We followed the directions exactly. We reached out to the company and they offered to SELL us more product at a discount to make it work and would not offer us a refund. We asked to speak to them on the phone and they told us they "didn't have a phone".

We’re really sorry to hear the decals didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after the wait. While there was a slight delay, we did everything we could to meet your expedited timeline—including splitting your shipment to get part of it to you as quickly as possible. The decals you ordered are made from static cling material, which can appear more subtle depending on lighting, glass, and placement. We had suggested trying one on the outside of the window to improve visibility, and we also offered a discounted reorder using a more opaque material that might work better for your needs. While we don’t currently offer phone support, we do our best to respond promptly by email and had offered a few resolution options—return for a partial refund, store credit, or a discounted reorder.
