I’ve had my eye on stocking this brand for a couple years now and finally decided to place an order. Communication speed with the brand always took a couple days-weeks. Fulfillment speed was quick but products were packed very poorly without any protection so each retail display package arrived ripped and bent. Maybe they don’t care to protect the inventory because the sheet masks are still in tact but this ruined me being able to display them as planned. Overall disappointing first impression.
