Our Honey is the purest in the Catskill Mountain of NY. We do not feed the bees sugar water, We do not treat our bees. We let the bees swarm into the wild and only harvest honey when we lose a hive.Our honey is extracted by hand using a strainer to filter out the wax. We currentl have spring honey for sale , a blend of wild flowers containing, violet, dandelion, coltsfoot and lilac. Sold in a 4 ounce glass jar.
