We have gone to great lengths to source ultra-premium cacao from the province of Cusco, Peru. Our beans are true Criollo, there is no CCN51 hybrid cacao present. Our cacao is always hand-selected, fermented and dried to perfection, never treated with toxic chemicals, and low temperature processed from start to finish to maximize quality, taste and flavanol content. Giddy Yo cacao has the best, highest quality cacao in large volumes in Peru. Food safety is of primary importance and thus our cacao is always lab tested, certified organic, Fair Trade (at supplier level), common allergen-free (free from nuts/ peanuts /dairy/ soy/ gluten etc.), non-GMO, vegan, 'ceremonial grade', and non-irradiated.
