Dexam has partnered with Jeremy Pang at the celebrated School of Wok, in Covent Garden, to bring to the market a range of woks and accessories that enable enthusiasts to practise the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the start. Thicker than the original range of woks with a gauge of 1.8mm, this wok is ideal for stir-frying and flash-frying. Perfect for use on all hobs including induction cookers and ranges as the thicker gauge maximises contact and thus heat transference. A double layer of Whitford Eclipse non-stick provides a durable coating that works well at high temperatures. Eclipse is of course POFA free. Available in 2 sizes 30cm (12”) 1.8mm gauge and 35cm (14”) 2.0mm gauge in both uncoated carbon steel and non-stick coated carbon steel. All 4 Woks have authentic bamboo handles with the larger also having a helper handle.
