Apparently, that's how it is. When you buy a product that is not damaged upon arrival but breaks after 4 uses, there is absolutely no help or warranty. Things can break, that's fair enough. But being met with rejection on a product you buy in April 2025, which after 4 uses won't work, I find very strange. If that's the policy here, then I'll stop buying products here.
