Our 6.2% Belgian IPA has a sparkling, golden blonde color. The Simcoe, Saphir and Pacific Gem hops give shape to the surprisingly fresh fruity aromas of citrus and grapefruit and the beer has a spicy Szechuan touch that completes the fragrance bouquet. This IPA has an abundance of culinary potential, especially when it comes to food pairing with appetizers, appetizers and main courses. Snacks or ingredients with a salty and/or smoked touch such as black olive tapenade, salty nuts or smoked halibut fit perfectly into a pairing with Van Bulck IPA.
