Also known as our “Travel Cake”, our House's emblematic specialty, The “Kirschbescue” is a delicious candied fruit cake soaked in Kirsch de Fougerolles AOC. It is said that its century-old recipe was born from the travels of Léonard Parli's brother, who was once a pastry chef at the court of the Queen Victoria in England, who adapted the recipe for Plum pudding with candied fruits from Provence.
