I want to love this product. It is a great idea, but my taste trials haven't been good. Maybe the packs I got were old, but the smell is off-putting. It's like the garbanzo beans got stale or something in the process. The mix doesn't reconstitute well with cold water and the seasonings were so strong (lime/cilantro) I couldn't get it down. I tried again at home with hot water, olive oil, my food processor, and two new flavors and the texture worked, but the stale bean smell wasn't great.
