Once drying is completed, the grapes are pressed and the must placed in 50l casks for a period ranging from three to five years. ORGANOLEPTIC CARD Deep golden yellow color. Intense and ethereal nose with hints of dried fruit, honey and apricot. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with the marked sweetness perfectly balanced by a very pleasant acid freshness.
