Simply shake it out gently to loosen up the fibres. Allow the rug to lay flat for 24 hours to completely flatten. During the initial two weeks, expect some light natural shedding, which is typical for wool rugs. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and damage. Harsh chemicals, bleach, and strong cleaning agents can damage the fibres of the rug. Address any spills immediately.
