This olive oil is produced by Edith and Henri, organic farmers for over 30 years in Mouriès. Edith and Henri are olive growers and millers. They take care of their orchard all year round. The olive harvest takes place manually from the end of October to the end of December. Henri is responsible for cold-extracting the olive oil, preserving the character and freshness of the olives. We work hand in hand with Edith and Henri to offer you a quality oil, with a strong environmental approach. We then work with you to support this approach up to the reuse of containers. This olive oil comes from typical olive varieties of the Baux-de-Provence valley: Salonenque, Verdale, Grossane Berruguette. The resulting fruitiness is balanced between greenery and maturity. The freshness of the olives reveals a slight pungency at the end of the palate. Store away from light and heat.
