The same insert that is in our stay-dry natural nappies it has 2 layers of bamboo Charcoal over 3 layers of microfiber. The insert can be added in to boost absorbency of a night. It is also great to have a few extra inserts spare for emergencies or lots of rainy days! (size approx. 34cm x 13cm)
