Our chai is micro-brewed in small batches by hand using the finest single estate Assam black tea, Indian spices and unrefined sugar available. Blended and slowly steeped resulting in a chai that is not only unique, it’s full of flavour and perfectly balanced in spice and sweetness. 2500ml = 140 Servings Hot Chai Latte: Mix one part with six parts of milk or non-dairy milk of choice, steam together to your desired temperature and serve. Iced Chai Latte: Fill medium glass with ice, pour one part chai concentrate over ice and fill glass with five parts cold milk or non-dairy milk of choice. Shake container well before each use.
