AOC BORDEAUX SUPERIEUR - 2016 - The 8th Generation is a new cuvée made from atypical grape varieties and blends that will allow you to discover the best expression of our know-how. Selection takes place at the base of the vineyard by identifying the best parcels of our terroirs as well as the most suitable grape varieties. Then, the various choices of harvesting, vinification and aging were in close collaboration with Jacques, Jean and Marc Medeville and our consulting oenologists. Grape varieties 80% Cabernet Franc 20% Merlot This wine is the result of a parcel selection and a perfect blend. It is vinified and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
