“VIS ORO” organic pure saffron stigmas is a product of the highest quality that falls into the first product category of sale due to its high parameters of crocin, picrocrocin and safranale. The stigmas are whole and not pulverized to ensure their purity. The harvest lasts a few weeks starting around the second decade of October and extending until mid-November. The collected flowers still closed in the early hours of light in the morning and in the evening at dusk are patiently worked by hand, gently extracting the stigmas that are subsequently dried with professional oven inside the company laboratory PACK OF 0.5 gr and 1 gr.
