We produce our turnip greens directly on the Silano plateau by working them by hand and according to the Calabrian tradition. We only use selected and high quality raw materials but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we add extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar. Ingredients: Turnip greens 85%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sunflower oil (in varying proportions), wine vinegar (contains sulfites), chili pepper, garlic (contains sulfites) and salt. NATURAL PRODUCT Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
