Brewed with 100% fair trade organic Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, the Kawa Stout will captivate you with its contrasts. A stout that stands out with a fruity taste combined with intense and fragrant flavors and a creamy foam. The process: The Kawa Stout was brewed like an Irish Stout and made from a cold brew of Malongo coffee. Once filtered, the infusion was added at the end of fermentation in the brew. Beer profile: Color: dark chocolate. Foam: creamy. Aroma: characteristic of coffee, with soft notes of vanilla. On the palate: the subtlety of Ethiopian coffee, roasted notes, subtle fruit aromas, especially dried fruits, and a burnt caramel flavor. Food/beer pairing: meats, BBQ, cheeses, chocolate.
