White Sandalwood (often referred to as simply "Sandalwood") is one of the oldest incense materials; its use dates back at least 4000 years. The aroma of this evergreen tree, develops naturally in its heartwood over the course of 15-80 years! It is one of the most calming incenses and a preferred ingredient for relaxation and meditation. My White Sandalwood Incense is made with real white sandalwood (the wood, in powdered form) and each 4" stick burns for about half an hour. Since it is made with all natural ingredients, there are no toxins released into your home as with inferior commercial brands, plus, it smells so much more delicious! I just grind up herbs, mix them up according to my unique recipes and form sticks or cones; that's as natural as it comes!
