Response time to enquiries was quick and friendly, but the products were disappointing. The ad on Faire states: "the lid fits tightly on top helping to reduce smells". The lids had no seal and did NOT fit tightly on top. The handles were full of spots and specs. 7 out of 12 bins had bits of paint chipped off. Such a shame as I was hoping to order more of these brightly coloured bins.
