This coffee in particular is special, not only because of the unique quality of the beans, but also because it is form the town where our story all started, Santuario. Literally translating to "sanctuary", this pristine little town wedged high in the Colombian Andes serves as just that, and is the the home of our coffee growing legacy for five generations. Through a local coop we've managed to acquire some of the best coffees from the local farmers while ensuring fair prices for the cultivators.
