White IGT Calabria Obtained from Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards, with backside farming and northeastern exposure, on calcareous clay soil. After vinification at a controlled temperature, it is bottled and left to age for several months. Straw yellow in color, a combination of enveloping aromas ranging from exotic fruit to floral and a spicy note in the finish; a full and soft taste with excellent persistence in the aftertaste. It goes very well with appetizers, fish main courses, delicate or aromatic dishes.
