Very poor packaging, lack of care in what packaging is used for appropriate contents. All china bowls within the box were smashed, within another box there were damages. Very flimsy boxes used, so much so that as soon as box containing bowls was picked up following delivery, it was clear it's contents were smashed, box was torn. The courier had their part to play, however, there no internal packaging, e.g.bubble wrap to protect these items. IvyLine not interested, I quote "Contact Faire"
