Gin 585.5 Miles is a handcrafted gin. •Appears crystal clear and colorless •On the nose you can perceive a persistent scent of sea lettuce and a fresh smell of salt •The taste reveals itself with a salty and fresh flavor 24 hours of infusion lead to the distillation in traditional stills of each individual botanical including juniper berries, St. John's wort, licorice, coriander and especially sea lettuce, characterizing the uniqueness of taste. The mixing is done exclusively with pure spring water. After 3 filtrations, the entire bottling process is done by hand.
