They shipped right away. Then I wasnt there to sign for it so UPS scheduled a next day attempt. Just a few hours after the missed delivery the company emailed me asking if I would like to change delivery instructions. The shipping packaging was perfect. I ordered the 15 led Hollywood mirrors and they are amazing. I will be ordering more as soon as I sell these ones.
