TWO BIRDS SPECIALITY COCKTAIL GIN 40% VOL Similar to our London Dry Gin, our Speciality Cocktail Gin is carefully distilled to offer an even stronger juniper flavour. As you might expect, it’s great in cocktails. Palate: Much stronger juniper presence on the nose. Steady juniper flavours throughout, with background spice of coriander and citrus. Best serve: Over ice, add 25ml elderflower cordial, 5cl Speciality Cocktail Gin, 100ml fresh cloudy apple juice and squeeze in two or three lime wedges, followed by a good stir.
