9 of the 40 items arrived broken; This hasn't ever happened with Golden Hill Studio Before -- maybe someone new was doing the packing? It was not a very sturdy box and the items weren't all that well padded. The other issue is that the wine glasses are a different size and shape than they were previously. The new size and shape is fine, but we try to keep "sets" so they're looking pretty mis-matched currently. A heads-up about the different glasses would have been helpful.
