Wholesale Jungle Curry Kit - Hot Heat

Instructions: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, over a low heat. Add the spices and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of meat/vegetables to the pan and coat in the spices. (If using fish, add at the end of cooking and poach in the liquid for a few minutes until cooked). Add 400ml of coconut milk, followed by the onions and garlic and stir. Add 1 tbsp of thai fish sauce and simmer on a low heat for approx. 20 mins, or until the onions are soft. Once the meat/veg is cooked and the onions are soft, add a squeeze of fresh lime and serve with your choice of sides. For a vegan alternative, use soy sauce or tamari in place of the Thai fish sauce.
