The Duplero taper is the artisan's rendition of a candle style used in Italy for centuries. From the Latin “duplex,” for "double, twofold" or "divided", these tapers provide two times the light; four times the durability; and immeasurable elegance compared to common tapers. Made by Hand 100% Organic Canadian Beeswax + True Cotton Wick Burn Time 2.5+ hrs. with proper care Never leave a candle unattended. Please be careful when handling candles while burning. ITALIAN DUPLERO TAPERS
I ordered the twisted duplero tapers and the mini ceremony candles — both are beautiful! I love the traditional, hand dipped method as it makes for a special, one of a kind product. I appreciate the variances of the wax colors too. This batch contained warm, golden umbers and sage greens — not the usually bright beeswax yellow. Overall, a really beautiful collection crafted with noticeable care and quality sourced materials.
