Fill the jar with your favorite Rum. Let infuse for a minimum of 24 hours. Serve over ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint and lime if desired. Each jar makes 4-5 drinks & can be filled a 2nd time for an additional 4-5 drinks. All infusions can be zero proof by adding boiling or sparkling water instead of alcohol.
