When I let them know 4 days after my order arrived when I was looking at the items that stones had fallen out, they ignored the subject. Then when I inquired again trying not to be a bother on returning some items they quickly basically told me to kick rocks. The tone of Erika and the way she misused dates and ethics made me not want to work with this brand at all for the items I did like. The metals are different tones than pictured as well many of my clients brought to my attention

I have had complains in regards to sizing and our plus size customers asking for the necklaces to be available in bigger sizing as the current items are more suitable for those individuals with petite necks. Aside from that the quality of the products is phenomenal!
