Pre-order your pair of Krama Heritage espadrilles, a fusion of two ancestral crafts, ethically hand-assembled in Phnom Penh. Available for men and women. Receive your pair on July 20th. * The espadrille sole is made of braided jute. Jute is a reed whose fiber, once dried, becomes very flexible and can be made into rope. Jute also has the advantage of being hypoallergenic, allowing you to wear the espadrilles barefoot. It is eco-friendly as it requires no treatment and is natural. * A layer of non-slip rubber is added: it extends the lifespan of the espadrille. * All fabrics used are 100% cotton and lined: they come from the Phnom Penh market. The Kramas are from our workshop in Phnom Penh, and the logo is hand-embroidered. * The espadrille assembly is done by hand: the visible stitching, a signature of our espadrilles, is the product of patience and the dexterity of an expert hand. * Two teams of artisans, whose portraits you can discover on our Ulule page, are mobilized for each pair, which takes about an hour and a half of work. * One scarf, One smile: for each pre-ordered pair, we fund a day of school at the catch-up school of For a Child's Smile. And how does size selection and delivery work? * Our espadrilles are available in sizes 35 to 45. Choose your pair in your size: if you are a size 41, take a 41. If you have a half size, round down: if you are a 41.5, take a 41. * Once you have chosen your color and pre-ordered your pair, we will write to you within the week to ask for your size. * Receive your pair in your mailbox on July 20th.
