This is no regular white flour. Our stone-ground and bolted whole kernel pizza flour is made with freshly milled Pennsylvania wheat. It adds exceptional flavor to pizza doughs, whether used at 100% of the flour weight or used in a blend with white. Blended fine to maintain perfect finished dough consistency, it can easily be used in place of "00" style white flour. Locally milled in small batches by Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA, located on the banks of the Neshaminy Creek. For longer storage keep in a cool place, or refrigerate or freeze.
