This is our organic WHITE Starter is a sourdough starter culture. Lovingly cared for by the sea, in East Sussex. We are obsessed with fermenting! Our white starter, is grown using High Protein Wheat Grain which we mill here. It is not completely white or unbleached, nor does it have all fibre removed like commercial flours. Meaning more nutrients and fresher flour for both you, and the starter culture. Product details: 42g Dried (1 yr BBE). Our strong starters let you get straight on with your Sourdough baking journey, delicious tasting, fresh homemade bread, without the faff of creating your own starter culture. ALLERGEN info - Our starters are made with wheat or rye flour, water, yeast, and salt. It may contain traces of sesame, nuts, soy and eggs, as we use the same equipment for all our products. Our kitchen also processes these allergens.
