After being a loyal customer of Linens Limited for over a decade, I don't know what's happened, but its not good. All round disappointing. Non existent customer service, delayed orders, cancelled orders after waiting 6 weeks, no explanations for lack of communication. I cannot comment on the most recent two orders as they never arrived. The last order that we did receive back in October had bones inside one of the cushion pads. My customers deserve better!
