Our summer collection was inspired by the Kenyan landscape & wildlife. We were drawn to the vibrant colors we see throughout nature: the touches of pink were inspired by flocks of pink flamingos wading in the Soda Lakes near Mai Mahiu. Our bright yellows came from sunny yellow Sesbania trees in bloom & Kenyan yellow weaver birds flying around the factory in the early morning.
