I have been carrying their products in my store and restaurant for over 8 years. The product quality is excellent. While the pricing is high it still sells well. On the occasional shipping delays or mistakes they always provide prompt service and communication.

First, I have been a fan of Proof products for quite some time so we were very excited to be able to order from them on Faire. We had a number of issues with our initial order. We messaged Proof and long story short, we had a very thorough and apologetic response within an hour and full replacements arrived at our door in less than a week. They have even followed up and offered great tips on fun and unique ways to launch their products in our store. A masterclass in customer service!
