The number of coffees used in an espresso blend will vary according to seasonal availability. We can use up to 5 single origins, including at least one from Ethiopia. There’s no single best approach to blending and roasting coffee for espresso, as it will depend on which coffees you use, how much of them you use, and which profile you aim to achieve.

Items are missing, there has been no response from them or help, and the packaging is not as described—there are no weights/ grams or information on the contents on the bags. I have been advised by Food Standards on our inspection that they can't be retailed in store as it doesn't meet the requirements of labelled packaging. All other coffee providers we use clearly label origin and how many grams are in the bag. All the bags arrived plain brown, not in the coloured or printed packaging shown.

First order was spot on. Second order disappointing as only received the coffee and not the V60 drippers and filters set as ordered. Great brand otherwise.
