Instructions: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan over a low heat. Add the spices to the oil and stir until fragrant. Add approx. 800g of chopped pork to the pan and coat in the spices. Add a 400g tin of tomatoes along with 100ml water. Add the onions and garlic and stir. Transfer to either a slow cooker or the oven (low heat) and cook until your meat is tender, then serve with a squeeze of lime. This dish works really well with beef, chicken or just simple veggies too.
