The product themselves are absolutely amazing, honestly could not fault them at all, but the delivery service is shocking, hence only 3 stars I find it so hard to fathom how I can order similar items from UK & German suppliers on the same day & the goods from Germany arrive 5 days later, whereas the UK goods take over 2 weeks to arrive with very little or no communication & on top of that far more expensive shipping.
